Your bedroom is an important part of the house. It's the one place where you can relax, and hopefully nobody bothers you. I love simple bedroom's, where there is no clutter, just lovely white bed linen and pops of colour here and there. It's important to make your space your own, by adding special pieces ie: photos; old books; upcycled furniture ect.

Bargin!!!

I went to my local Pep Store the other day, and this is what I found!!! Colourful dipped bamboo cooking utensils & a lovely Pink ceramic jug. My heart skipped a beat. I love visiting Pep, as you never know what gems you could find. 

The price of each item was amazing too - only R9.99 {What a BARGIN}!!!

So Neon is a huge craze at the moment, not only in fashion but in interiors as well. I'm not a huge fan of Neon, but - wow - if you know how to use it/wear it in the right way it can be very effective. I think its best when you use it in small amounts (accessories ect..), so once you get over it, you are able to change it quite easily.

So my bf - Bryan and his good mate have been flatmates for the past year.

They are about to move to a new flat next weekend. 

My brain has already been working on some cool ideas for the place.

It has great potential, with lovely parquet flooring and open plan living/dining.

These are just some ideas I put together quickly, not necessarily doing up the kitchen though (as they are just renting), but love some of these ideas, hope to put them to use one day (i love the bachelor pad / industrial look) .
